Self-study:
What is SketchUp?
£50.00
This two hour course is a brief introduction to SketchUp. It’s designed for people who are wondering whether it’s the right piece of software for them and just want to dabble before committing. You’ll easily be able to complete this without buying the Pro version of the software by using their week-long trial.
It features five modules which introduce various aspects of the software, each with exercises you can complete in your own time. These introduce you to the user interface, demonstrate how to create and colour basic objects, show how to get plants and furniture and demonstrates how to create a drawing.
Pre-requisites

Although it is written for landscape and garden professionals, it is an introduction to SketchUp Pro and as such is applicable to other industries, although the exercises are aimed at landscape and garden designers.
